Every technician joins our team with a minimum of two years of industry experience, then completes a two-month, in-house hands-on training program under our founder, Alan Bell supervised by a Red Seal Certified Locksmith. Yes, two ways: if you have the key code, we can cut from that though we can’t guarantee it’ll work perfectly without testing against the actual lock. The more reliable option is bringing in the lock itself, so we can make a new key that’s verified to fit.
